The Human Performance Project is founded upon this simple hypothesis. Simply put, the Deep End of life is any environment we put ourselves in that pushes us outside of our comfort zone or what we previously believed possible. 

But how do we do this? How do we define the Deep End in our lives? How do we convince ourselves to get out of our Comfort Zone, climb the High Dive and take that dreadful leap of faith?

The Deep End Mindset Workshop

The Deep End Mindset workshop has been delivered to over 600 youth, young leaders and intrinsically driven communities. 


A 1 hour inspirational keynote to half day workshop introducing the Deep End Mindset. This is your roadmap to navigate your life from the Comfort Zone to the Deep End. 

Based in neuroscience and behavioural psychology, The Deep End Mindset starts by helping us understand why we feel the way we do – for example, what is happening in our brain and body when we experience fear? 

We then walk through the roadmap step by step, facilitating rich discussions and reflection for the audience to start to apply The Deep End Mindset to their own lives.
